Microsoft CRM Application Implementation Specialist to support the implementation of our marketing automation efforts across multiple aesthetic clinic partners. Focus on configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to handle highly variable customer journeys and sales workflows, ensuring a clean and scalable rollout across our clinical network. This role is part of Adoreal’s growth as we automate more of our content production, scheduling, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• CRM Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for new workflows and customer journeys.
• Set up modules across Sales, Service, and Marketing, and automations.
• Ensure high configurability and scalability across clinics maturity levels.
