· Installation Upgrade of Microfocus Enterprise Developers, Enterprise ))Servers o Installation Upgrade of SAS
· Raise ticket with Microfocus for issues to Support Application DevOps pipeline configuration requests and issues
· Support during Linux Patches
· Support AM team on Microfocus Enterpriser Server issues
· Setup new ES regions o Update ES region configurations
· Troubleshooting Microfocus Enterprise Server issues
· Firewall, Service Id, DB2 con figuration and Rumba icon additions.
