Lead and oversee all microbiological laboratory activities. Manage day to day tasks like Online Sampling, Analysis of Ingredients, Semifinished products & Finished products. Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of test results.Implement and supervise environmental microbial monitoring programs. Conduct personnel hygiene monitoring for food handlers.Maintain and update microbiology laboratory management system documentation.
