Lead and oversee all microbiological laboratory activities. Manage day to day tasks like Online Sampling, Analysis of Ingredients, Semifinished products & Finished products. Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of test results. Implement and supervise environmental microbial monitoring programs. Conduct personnel hygiene monitoring for food handlers. Maintain and update microbiology laboratory management system documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
