Responsibilities
In this position, as IE Manager you will lead a team of engineers:
Develop and implement production layout strategies that optimize resources utilization, minimize waste, and ensure efficient workflow. In-depth knowledge of capacity planning, production layout strategies, time study analysis and ensuring optimum resources allocation and meeting customer demand. Lead, motivate, collaborate across global organization and cross-functionality to drive performance improvements, resolve challenges, develop, and implement innovative solutions to drive manufacturing efficiency with organizational requirements in safety, quality, cost, and productivity...
