**Summary** :

1. Lead Bulk Cable technical organization in Penang (Lab Tech, PDE & MPDEs)

2. Allocates resources, monitors bulk cable NPI schedule, and periodically review cable performance and team’s work to ensure timely completion and get excellent performance.

2. Provide leadership, coaching and training to engineers.

3. Identifies the priority of new product development potentials to draft process technology roadmaps and key initiatives.
