Derivatives Operations
• Execute daily tasks related to trade processing of derivative products, FX and MM, trade maintenance, settlement, reconciliation, electronic and paper confirmations as well as issues resolution. • Act as a central point of contact for the business when resolving incidents. • Identify and escalate any operational and IT incidents.
• Participate on the team training programme to increase knowledge and be able to perform more tasks.
• Escalate any recurrent manual workarounds. • Maintain a collaborative and communicative environment within the team, complying with the bank standards.
• Active participation on projects defining the main requirements, the testing exercises, and recordkeeping the evidences that prove the development and configurations of the systems are correct.
