- Knowledge of static and dynamic balancing processes
- Knowledge of rotor stack processes
- Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)
- Handling of technical and work documentation
- Use of precision measuring tools
- Ability to solve technical problems in assembly and balancing processes
- Ability to solve technical problems in rotor assembly processes (knowledge of machining processes is a plus)
- Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
