About the Role
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years video editing experience
- Proven Meta or TikTok ad portfolio
- Strong understanding of hook-based editing
- Comfortable with performance metrics
- Experience with CapCut Pro or Premiere
- Familiarity with AI tools (Runway, ChatGPT, OpusClip, AI voice tools)
- Comfortable working on-site in White Plains
What You’ll Do
- Produce 10–20+ Meta ad variants per week
- Aggressively test hooks (first 3 seconds matter most)
- Create structured creative variations
- Version assets systematically
- Collaborate directly with performance marketers
- Iterate based on CTR, retention, CPA data
- Work inside a high-output testing pipeline
