About the Role
Join a dynamic team as a Senior Messaging Specialist, focusing on enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions. This remote contract role requires occasional onsite collaboration in Alberta.
Reporting to the GoA Messaging Services Team Lead, your responsibilities include ticket fulfillment for incidents and change requests involving Exchange Online and MS Teams. Your experience in IT infrastructure will aid in making recommendations to optimize cloud-based configurations and improve overall service delivery for Albertans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate technology requests and provide operational recommendations
• Develop and document architectural deployment plans
• Troubleshoot messaging hardware and software issues
• Produce reports on project statuses and timeliness
• Train team members across messaging-related tasks
