MES Technical Lead, IT

Position Overview

As our MES Technical Lead, IT you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital manufacturing and production information systems to meet evolving business needs. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions that enhance production capabilities and streamline business processes. In this hands‑on role, you will drive process optimization initiatives, define target architectures, and oversee the development of control and testing procedures. You will also lead the implementation of new capabilities, support application consolidation and upgrades, guide data migration activities, and ensure systems are effectively configured to deliver operational value, all while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Technology, Commercial Operations.
