MES Engineer | MTC

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure continuous advancement of factory production informatization and stable operation of the MES system, providing 24/7 technical support to guarantee software functionality.
2. Compile issues arising during production, propose temporary and long-term solutions to enhance operational quality; respond promptly to customer and internal requests, engaging throughout the entire process to ensure smooth software implementation and utilization.
3. Conduct periodic user training sessions to improve software proficiency.

Position Requirements

1. Education/Major: Bachelor's degree or higher; Electronics major preferred.
2. Experience/Skills: Minimum 2 years in consumer electronics industry, with software development or operations experience. Proficiency in SQL Server/Oracle databases and software development processes. Strong understanding of C#/.NET/Java.
