Core Responsibilities

Manufacturing Execution System Customization Core Responsibilities: Customize and extend the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) (e.g., Client SeaTrack MES) to support new factory workflows and automation processes. Develop new MES modules or features as needed to accommodate automation specifics (for instance, tracking units through an ASRS or logging operations performed by robots). Ensure the MES orchestrates effectively with all connected automation: implement business rules so that events from equipment (e.g. a test pass/fail signal or a robot operation completion) trigger appropriate MES transactions, and conversely ensure the MES issues commands/instructions to devices when required. Configure data retention and traceability settings in MES to store necessary production historyfor compliance and analysis.
