About the Role
The Merchant Services Officer is the frontline support representative for Modulus Labs' merchant partners. This role handles day-to-day merchant inquiries related to transactions, settlements, terminals, system issues, and general account concerns.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for merchants and ensure their experience with our payments platform is smooth, professional, and responsive.
This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals who are organized, responsive, and comfortable communicating with clients.
