Job Title: Sales Planning Process Manager
We are looking for a Sales Planning Process Manager to lead policy development, process optimization, and system enhancements across Merchandising, Sales Planning, and eCommerce processes. This role ensures efficient system usage, user compliance, and continuous improvement while working closely with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and governance for Merchandising, Sales Planning, and eCommerce systems, including system interfaces
Establish and optimize workflows to ensure efficient and effective system usage
Ensure user compliance with established policies and procedures
Lead and support system enhancements, updates, upgrades, and downtime coordination, assessing impacts on interfacing applications
Draft memos and advisories related to system implementations, enhancements, and policy updates
