Role Summary: Lead and support a team of merchandisers to drive sales, improve product visibility, and maintain strong relationships with store partners. Responsible for stock management, tester availability, and reducing out-of-stock (OOS) cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee in-store displays and promotions
• Evaluate store layouts to maximize product impact
• Monitor inventory and sales performance (maintain OOS <5%)
• Coach and brief merchandisers on new product launches
• Provide weekly reports and updates to management
