Duties and Responsibilities: Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manage assigned outlets to ensure high standards of merchandising and sales performance.

Collaborate with store teams to maintain consistent product displays and optimize sales.

Assist in training and guiding junior merchandisers to ensure execution of company strategies and standards.

Serve as liaison between management and store teams to communicate business objectives clearly.

Monitor stock levels and notify buyers promptly to prevent out-of-stock issues.

Build relationship with buyers and store owners to improve merchandising processes and sales.

Identify opportunities for enhancing merchandising strategies and suggest improvements to boost sales.
