MEPFS Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled MEPFS Design Engineer who can develop complete MEPFS designs from scratch for residential high-rise projects, from concept to construction-ready drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare full MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, and FDAS) designs from concept stage to final detailed drawings.

-Develop load calculations, sizing, layouts, and technical specifications compliant with local codes and standards

-Coordinate MEPFS designs with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.

-Produce schematic designs, design development, and construction drawings for residential high-rise buildings.

-Review and optimize designs for functionality, cost efficiency, and constructability.

-Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support during project execution.
