MEPFS Engineer

• Candidate must be a licensed Engineer (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• With at least five (5) years of professional experience preferably as a site-based MEPFS Engineer handling construction projects
• Design air-conditioning ducting & ventilation system, fire-protection system, plumbing & sanitary pipelines of office spaces for renovation and/or complete fit-out construction.
• Estimate costs and compute bill of materials and quantity for all related MEPFS & FDAS items.
• Supervise and monitor progress of the construction in relation to programmed time table and evaluate work executed in accordance with the project specification and design.
• Prepare site progress reports and project schedule and report to Project Manager.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketch up and MSOffice
