MEPF Head

Job Summary:
The MEPF Head is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection works of the project. This role ensures that all MEPF systems are designed, installed, tested, and maintained in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all MEPF activities from design coordination to project completion
• Review and approve MEPF plans, shop drawings, and technical submittals
• Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress of MEPF works
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
