MEP Manager

urner, supported by Dornan, is hiring an MEP Manager for a major datacentre project in Greater Madrid. This role oversees all preconstruction, engineering and field installation of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems.

• Build strong relationships with engineers, consultants, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Lead and develop the MEP team, overseeing daily engineering and site activities.
• Manage MEP procurement, budgets, quality, safety, scheduling, installation and commissioning.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, contract items and change orders.
• Co‑lead MEP coordination with VDC and work closely with the MEP Superintendent.
• Support start‑up, testing, commissioning and project close‑out.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all required approvals, documentation and quality control processes are in place.
