About the Role
Job Description
- Review and coordinate MEP Design drawings
- Analyze drawings to ensure the system are properly integrated
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure all MEP operations are as per standard
- Prepare site visit reports (issue, progress, recommendations)
- Provide guidance to site engineers and contractors on MEP systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting
- Assist in resolving technical issues that arise during construction.
- Liaise with procurement and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance for approved MEP materials and equipment
- Track MEP work progress against project timelines and milestones
- Ensure all MEP works comply with local codes, international standards, and project specifications
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure an effective MEP operations and progress
- Other responsibilities as needed
