What you will do

• Evaluate quantities of materials and manpower for key work.

• Research project‑specific prices for materials and subcontracting.
• Invite subcontractors, provide necessary documents, and grant access to virtual drawing rooms.
• Verify amounts from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure alignment with bid documents.
• Coordinate estimating efforts for Design-Build projects and maintain contact with subcontractors and suppliers.
