Location: Camrose, AB and surrounding rural communities

Position Type: Full-time (35 hours/week) | Term: Until June 2026, with the possibility of extension

About The Role

Changing Ways is seeking a Men and Boys, Program Facilitator to lead programming and individualized support for men and boys impacted by or at risk of family violence. The coordinator will engage participants through workshops, one-on-one support, and group programming designed to increase resilience and prevent violence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and/or facilitate workshops on healthy masculinity, empathy, consent, and emotional regulation in schools, workplaces, and community settings.
• Provide one-on-one support for primarily men and boys, including check-ins before and after group program completion.
