Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mendix Workflow Solution Lead with strong expertise in workflow automation, enterprise integrations, governance, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into Mendix-based workflow solutions.
Design, develop, and govern Mendix workflow applications aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
Collaborate with the Mendix Center of Excellence (CoE), Enterprise Architecture (EA), developers, and cross-functional IT teams.
