About the Role
Hiring for semiconductor company:
Job Title : SRAM memory Characterization Engineer
Notice Period: Immediate-30days
Location: Bangalore
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Creating critical path netlist and running characterization of SRAM
- Responsible for generating lib/avm/dat views
- Responsible for performing quality checks on lib/avm/dat views
Skill Requirements:
- Basic Understanding of SRAM Architecture and Functionalilty.
- Good Understanding of SRAM Liberty, AVM, Dat views.
- Should be able to understand timing, power and leakage measurements in SRAM.
- Should be well versed in Finesim / Primesim simulations.
- Good Scripting skills (Perl/Pythod/shell).
- Characterization of SRAM design for timing/power/leakage.
