About the Role  
As a Member Relationship Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact in our Karrinyup branch, representing HBF in the moments that matter to our members. 

Working within a small team, you will support new and existing members to help identify their needs and recommend the right product for them both face-to-face and over the phone.
