About the role
The MEM Senior Loader Specialist plays a key technical role within the Mobile Equipment Maintenance (MEM) team, supporting underground mining operations by ensuring the loader fleet is maintained to the highest standards. This position is central to optimizing equipment performance, safety, and reliability.
Key responsibilities include:
Act as the technical expert for loader equipment across both production and development applications. 

Manage warranty claims and liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). 

Track product issues and coordinate with OEMs for resolution. 

Oversee service and check sheets, driving improvements in preventative maintenance. 

Maintain equipment health databases (e.g., Optimine, MVRS) and resolve connectivity issues. 

Coordinate safety bulletin execution and fleet downtime reviews.
