Job Description
Mega FM Workforce Management & Planning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning and operational activities of a sorting facility. This role involves managing the workflow, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining safety standards. The supervisor will work closely with team members to optimize sorting processes, improve productivity, and meet organizational goals such as facility back room productivity and meeting the Ops Clock target.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor functional team members including the Shift In-Charge
• Supervise and coordinate daily sorting operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of items.
• Monitor and adjust workflow to maintain efficiency and meet performance targets.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Manage scheduling of shifting personnel, prepare performance evaluation and conduct coaching session on a regular basis
