About the Role
Medium–High Voltage BMG Supervisor – Hot Rolling Mill
Location: Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts (9 hours with 1-hour lunch)
On-Call: 1 week every 4–5 weeks
Bonuses:
- IPB: 0–9%
- CPB: Determined annually
- Overtime: Eligible per ESA guidelines
