Medical Science Liaison Lead, Solid Tumor, Japan

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Lead, Solid Tumor, Japan will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the MSL team, ensuring excellence in scientific exchange, KOL engagement, and insight generation. The MSL Lead will serve as a strategic bridge between the MSL team, Medical Affairs leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment of field activities with BeOne’s medical strategy.

The MSL Lead is responsible for mentoring, training, and performance management of MSLs, while also providing input into medical strategies, clinical research initiatives, and evidence generation plans. This role requires close collaboration with global, regional, and local teams to ensure field medical excellence and compliance.

The MSL Lead reports to the Associate Medical Director, Solid Tumor Medical Franchise, Japan.
