This position requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with clinical documentation, and the ability to clearly communicate findings to internal teams.
Document and cite findings clearly for both the Collections and Summary teams.
Identify and call out medications, clinical notes, or concerns within the records.
Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding discrepancies or required follow up actions.
Review multiple documents and cases efficiently during each shift while maintaining high accuracy.
