What You'll Be Doing
Oversee end-to-end quality assurance for managed billing operations
Audit agent output and identify trends, errors, and improvement opportunities
Provide clear, actionable feedback and coaching to billing teams
Improve QA tools, scorecards, workflows, and evaluation processes
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for leadership and clients
Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership teams
Ensure compliance with U.S. RCM standards and HIPAA regulations
What We're Looking For
5+ years in Medical Billing, AR, Claims, or Medical Coding
3+ years as a Quality Analyst or Quality Supervisor
