Role Summary
Provide technical support for cloud-based media encoding, transcoding, and content delivery systems. Troubleshoot video, audio, and subtitle processing issues while ensuring platform
performance, quality, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support media encoding and transcoding workflows
- Troubleshoot video, audio, subtitle, and content delivery issues
- Work with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
- Monitor and respond to tickets via JIRA and Slack
- Create documentation and runbooks after RCA
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of video containers (MOV, MXF, MP4, MPEG-TS)
