- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Bachelors Degree in Mechatronics Engineering (preferred)
- Engineering degree in related discipline (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering) will be considered with strong cross-disciplinary capability
- Diploma in Mechatronics considered for candidates with exceptional technical ability and proven project experience
- 12 years relevant experience in manufacturing, automation or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of:
- Engineering drawings and schematics
- Fault finding and equipment testing
- PLC/HMI systems
- Automation and control systems
- Mechanical and electrical installations
- Exposure to:
- Motion control systems
- Vision systems
