About the Role
Responsibilities
- Test valves, actuators, control systems, and sensors
- Develop and execute test plans for new products
- Analyze requirements and choose appropriate test methods
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
- Estimate testing time, effort, and costs
- Improve testing efficiency and provide data-driven insights
- Coordinate external testing when needed
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and quality teams
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment
- Support and guide lab technicians
- Assist with other lab tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- 5–10 years experience with testing, test plans, and fixtures (electromechanical/hydronic/embedded)
- Hands-on with lab equipment (env. chambers, 3D tools, dynamometers...
