• Lead weekly toolbox talks to keep safety and communication front and center.
• Prepare weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.
• Coordinate site activities seamlessly with other trades to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop two‑week look‑ahead plans for upcoming works to keep projects on track.
