- BS Mechanical Engineering graduate
- Preferably licensed
- Trainable and able to adapt to the existing setup and system
- Knowledgeable in spare parts planning and CAD
- Can work with minimal supervision
- With good moral character and attitude
- Experience in a paper manufacturing setup is an advantage
Brief Job Description
- Supervises the safe, efficient, and effective execution of maintenance activities in the assigned area.
- Handles tasks such as material planning, preventive and corrective maintenance, welding, fabrication, and shift operations.
- Ensures smooth workflow and proper implementation of maintenance procedures.
- Takes on specific assignments designated by the Section Manager based on operational needs.
