Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor Reverse Osmosis

Overview:
For a desalination plant construction project:Supervise and lead installation works in Reverse Osmosis (RO) building for:
• RO Racks (including headers)
• RO Membrane loading
• HP pumps
• ERD (energy recovery device)

The main responsibilities are to manage mechanical
equipment works within quality, schedule and budget, and avoid claims.

Preparation work:
• Prepare installation sequence for equipment and
piping.
• Review supplier quality documentation.
• Prepare detailed procedures, method statements,
lifting plans, and ITP / ITR.
• Review and comment Engineering deliverables such
as equipment supplier drawings, isometrics, civil guide drawings, GA drawings,
equipment list, 3D model.
• Prepare BOQ and MTO as necessary with marked-up
drawings
