About the Role
Overview
Job scope includes maintenance and support of CNC machines at customer sites in Malaysia (KL, PG, JB).
Responsibilities
- Visit customer places (KL, PG, JB) to maintain CNC machines (e.g., lathe, machining center, grinder, etc.).
- Disassembly and assembly work on machines (ball screws, bearing replacement, etc.).
- Machine accuracy adjustment, including level confirmation, accuracy measurement, and adjustment.
- Service parts warehouse management.
- Provide customer support by telephone.
- Assist with installation of new machines (advance preparations, arrangements, etc.).
- Communicate with customers and local dealers in Malaysia.
