Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry across multiple software platforms accurately and efficiently.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Assist with preparing and submitting project submittals.
• Organize, maintain, and track project documentation and records.
• Schedule mechanical and HVAC activities in MS Project and support overall project scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking.
