A Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Will:

Reactive and planned mechanical maintenance
Fault-finding and repairs on plumbing, heating and hot water systems
Boilers, heating, ventilation, hot & cold water servicing
Repairs to leaks, toilets, showers, pipework and drainage
Job reporting and materials identification
Defect period support following project completion
Work across commercial and residential sites including offices, schools, care homes and student accommodation

About The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
