Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Maintenance Manager to oversee and control the overall performance of our mechanical maintenance team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for the effective implementation of mechanical programs, ensuring the continuous operation, reliability, and efficiency of all plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control the overall performance of the Mechanical team and the Machine and Fabrication Shop.
• Develop, plan, and lead the implementation of maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and availability of plant equipment.
• Prepare and manage maintenance plans and schedules.
• Lead the identification of critical spares and manage the PMR (Preventive Maintenance & Repair) of these parts.
• Manage day-to-day work execution, workload, and accountability for mechanical supervisors and technicians.
