Mechanical / Maintenance Engineer | Kénitra (Morocco)

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Diagnose breakdowns, analyze root causes, and propose improvement actions.
Supervise technical interventions and coordinate maintenance teams.
Implement and optimize maintenance plans to ensure machine availability.
Participate in continuous improvement projects, reliability enhancement, and production downtime reduction.
Monitor performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR...) and update the CMMS system.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality standards in an industrial environment.
Contribute to the installation, commissioning, and modification of industrial equipment.

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent.
3–5 years of experience in an industrial environment (automotive, aeronautics, cable manufacturing, etc.).
