Job Description:

• Responsible for HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing design for domestic and overseas projects.
• Perform basic HVAC design to prepare preliminary HVAC load calculation and air flow scheme.
• Perform detail engineering design for HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing.
• Prepare duct and instrumentation diagram for HVAC System.
• Prepare design input for HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing.
• Review engineering calculations such as HVAC cooling/heating load calculation, static pressure calculation, piping pressure loss calculation issued by subcontractors and vendors.
• Review engineering drawings and vendor prints issued by subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare 3D model of HVAC, fire protection and plumbing to coordinate with other disciplines, subcontractors and client.
• Liaise with other relevant disciplines, subcontractors, vendors and client.
