About the Role
2XM are currently looking for Fitters for a Sydney based project to join our valued client that operates in the engineering industry specialising in the mining, manufacturing, infrastructure, scientific and defence sectors.
Day and Night Shifts available.
Duties:
- Assemble, fit and align mechanical assemblies and components
- Interpret drawings and specifications to complete fit-up and installation tasks
- Carry out planned maintenance, breakdown repairs and mechanical troubleshooting
- Work safely with precision and attention to detail in a busy fabrication environment
Must have:
- Trade Certificate – Australian Recognised
- Experience working on mining or heavy industrial equipment.
- Forklift Licence ideal.
- Reliable transport and current Drivers Licence.
