Nelson, Lancashire – Days shift (39 hours per week): Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30; Friday 07:30 - 12:30.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £33,157.80 per annum (£16.35 per hour) plus overtime (1.5× hourly rate). Pension matched contributions up to 7%. Death in service: 2 × annual salary. Holidays: 25 days + 8 statutory.

Responsibilities

• Undertake projects ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
• Modify and rebuild existing machines.
• Manufacture new machines.
• Read and work from design drawings.
• Maintain a selection of spare parts.
• Communicate and report progress to the manager.
• Identify and report snagging details that need correction.
• Produce high-quality work through manufacturing and rebuilding of machines.
