Mechanical Engineering Manager

I am pleased to present an opportunity for a Mechanical Engineering Manager based in South Yorkshire to work for a prestigious organisation.
This position can be offered both on a temp to perm or permanent basis.
The permanent salary ranges from £270 to £300 with great benefits.
Essential Requirements:
* Manage all mechanical engineering works within the designated zone, occasionally supporting other disciplines or areas as required.
* Prioritise and process requests for reactive and planned maintenance, coordinating with relevant sites and departments to arrange and agree specific works.
* Ensure all statutory maintenance requirements—such as pressure systems, boiler servicing, and LEVs—are completed on time and properly documented.
* Issue orders and instructions for maintenance works, ensuring compliance with legislation, Health & Safety codes of practice, and standard procedures and specifications.
