Mechanical Engineering Coordinator

OverviewAs Mechanical Engineering Coordinator you are responsible for leading a team that determines the best line configuration of process and tooling to assure the assembly plant maintains safety, quality, and efficiency in production lines and the resources around them.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesOwn the department's Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and follow established governance with the team; generate the 3P Plan (3PP) and adjust if KPIs are not met.Develop strong relationships with peers and stakeholders inside and outside the plant to increase synergy and remove misalignment roadblocks.Ensure standard work for Industrial Engineers leads to documentation/fixtures/tools being available, updated, in good condition, and useful for operators.Manage process and procedure documentation; ensure all team membersfollow standard work based on available documentation.Ensure new processes, machines, tools, and workstations meet defined Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and productiv...
