CNC programming and program simulation (ESprit, UG, Mastercam)

Operation of CNC machines with Fanuc system (CNC Milling 3 &3+2 axis OR CNC mill-turning machine) and related machinery

CNC tool and configuration,Maximize the use of the tools (e.g.,Sharpening tool)

Maintenance and adjustment of lathes

Management and maintenance of the fixture

Improvement of manufacturing processes

Improvement of on-site production processes

tool lifespan and C/T improvement

Maintenance of engineering system data(tooling bom)

Breakthroughs in machining techniques

What we're looking for

• Major or related Major in machining engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mechanical engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Familiar with operating Fanuc OS CNC, can set up CNC lathe or milling machining
• Know lathe or milling programming, Familiar with using Esprit/UG/Mastercam...
